Stockland Lovell Terms & Conditions

Refund and Cancellation Policy with additional terms and conditions for Adult Horse Camps (Stockland Lovell and Stockland Lovell Organised)

  • All bookings require a deposit with the Booking and Medical Form. The deposit is non-refundable in any circumstances
  • The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to camp – non-payment will result in the cancellation of your place
  • Cancellations made between 56 and 28 days to camp will be issued a full refund, less deposit
  • Cancellations between 28 and 14 days prior to camp will be issued a 50% refund, less deposit
  • Cancellation 14 days prior to camp, no refund
  • No money can be transferred to another calendar year
  • No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend Stockland Adult Horse Camps
  • Should the instructors have any doubt about the safety of a person due to capability, fault tack/equipment or any other reason, the instructor may refuse to allow that person to take part until they are satisfied with the amendments made
  • No Dogs on Residential Camps

Refund and Cancellation Policy with additional terms and conditions for a PC & RC Camp

  • To secure a Camp date your Confirmation of Booking Form must be completed and returned to the office with your first club deposit of £400.00 with the Organiser, Treasurer and District Commissioners contact details and is non-refundable in any circumstance
  • The second commitment £400.00 is due 8 weeks prior to camp date and is non-refundable in any circumstance
  • No Dogs on Residential Camps
